Recently, Wanda Hotels & Resorts has officially appointed Ms. Guo Liwen as General Manager of Wanda Realm Zhangzhou, where she will fully oversee the hotel’s operational management and strategic development.
As a high-level talent in Fujian Province, Ms. Guo Liwen boasts 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is a versatile leader with profound expertise in human resources and extensive operational management capabilities. She launched her hotel career in the human resources field in 2008, having served international hotel brands including Shangri-La and Westin. Since joining Wanda Hotels & Resorts in 2012, she started her journey in human resources management, having worked as Human Resources Director of Wanda Vista Quanzhou and concurrently Human Resources Director of West China Region at Wanda Hotels. In 2022, she transitioned to operations, achieving a remarkable transformation from "people-centric management" to "innovative operations and business growth" at Wanda Vista Quanzhou.
With years of deep cultivation in the industry, she has delivered outstanding results in enhancing guest service experiences, driving performance breakthroughs, maintaining government and corporate client relations, and elevating brand cultural experiences, demonstrating her relentless pursuit of service quality and sharp market insights. Outside of work, she enjoys nature, flower arrangement, calligraphy, painting and sports. Her humanistic literacy has infused a unique warmth into her leadership.
