Ms. Vivian Han officially assumed the role of General Manager at InterContinental Chengdu Global Center Paradise Hotel on 20 July 2026. She will be fully responsible for all aspects of the hotel’s operations and management, business performance, guest experience, talent development, as well as owner relations.
Vivian boasts over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having held various leadership roles covering front office operations, sales & marketing, and administrative management. She joined InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in 2013 and has progressed steadily through a series of leadership positions within the group.
Prior to her current appointment, she served as Cluster General Manager overseeing Crowne Plaza Chengdu Xinhope Hi-Tech and Holiday Inn Chengdu Xinhope Hi-Tech Central. She successfully spearheaded targeted strategic positioning for both properties, consistently elevated operational standards, and delivered a remarkable turnaround in financial performance.
