Recently, Hotel Marco Changsha announced the appointment of Mr. Kevin Wang as the hotel's "Creator" Executive Chef.
A culinary artist well-versed in the essences of seven national cuisines, he embraces the Marco brand’s distinctive character of stylish innovation. He will lead the culinary team to express an authentic lifestyle attitude, curate diverse dining and social space experiences for gourmets in the Star City, and stage a theatrical creation of innovative tastes.
With nearly two decades of deep experience in the hotel and catering industry, Mr. Kevin Wang has built his culinary career across Beijing, Guangzhou, Macau, Shanghai and Huizhou. He trained under a Michelin 1-star French chef and participated in the Asian Star Chef Competition. He has also assisted renowned chefs from Greece and Belgium in hosting food promotions and international star chef contests.
Throughout his distinguished culinary career and impressive professional stage, he has developed a highly distinctive cooking style and outstanding management expertise.
