Ms. Lily Li possesses over 30 years of professional experience in the tourism industry and international luxury hotel management. As a passionate and driven hospitality professional, she holds unique insights and profound understanding in hotel operations, marketing innovation, and cultural integration.

 

She previously served as Secretary-General of the Scenic Spots Association under the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Tourism. She has also held key management positions at hotels under international groups including Hilton and Marriott. Joining Wanda Group in 2011, she has successively served as General Manager at Ningde R&F Wanda Realm Hotel, Zhengzhou R&F Wanda Vista Hotel, and Shanghai Wanda Reign Hotel. During her tenure as General Manager, she has been awarded the title of Annual Outstanding General Manager by Wanda Hotels & Resorts on multiple occasions.

With her extensive experience accumulated over years in the hospitality industry and her distinctive pursuit of style and aesthetics, she stands out particularly in pioneering luxury and fashionable lifestyles as well as brand market development. Having come to the mysterious Xishuangbanna, she is full of vision and enthusiasm for the city and its luxury resort market.

 

In her new appointment, she will infuse the hotel with dedication and passion, committing to the innovative integration of the ethnic cultures of the Dai and Hani ethnic groups in Xishuangbanna with international top luxury culture. She aims to build Xishuangbanna Jize Wanda Vista Resort into a condensed "Little Banna", allowing guests to enjoy one-stop butler services covering dining, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping and entertainment during their stay. Adhering to a tailored hospitality philosophy, she will lead the hotel management team to create a brilliant chapter together. Meanwhile, she will leverage the hotel’s development to drive the market of Xishuangbanna and even Yunnan, presenting guests with an even more luxurious new experience of resort living.
