Ms. He Siqian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong and boasts over 20 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry. She has served with a portfolio of international hotel brands including Marriott and Hilton, with her career spanning key cities such as Shanghai and Hangzhou. Joining Hilton Group in 2016, Ms. He has successively taken up the role of General Manager at hotels in Nanning and Suzhou. Starting her career in the Front Office Department, she has built a solid foundation in hotel operations. With her inspirational leadership style and meticulous insight, she has led her teams to efficiently deliver pre-opening projects and operational enhancement initiatives, achieving outstanding results each time prior to this new appointment.
