From November to February, winter crab takes centre stage.

Steamed hairy crabs preserve their delicate natural sweetness, while Sichuan spicy crab delivers bold, layered flavours. Rice wine-marinated hairy crabs and wine-infused prawns unfold another wonderful taste of winter.

Chilled seafood, premium sashimi and sushi, slow-roasted grain-fed ribeye, herb-marinated lamb chops, sea-salt baked salmon, plus rotating live cooking stations, promise new surprises every time you head to the buffet.
